As a nonprofit organization, donations to Assam Child & Women’s Welfare Society are typically considered final and non-refundable. - Unauthorized Transaction: If a donation was made fraudulently or without your authorization.

Refund Method
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
Non-Refundable Donations
The following donations are generally non-refundable:
- Completed and Voluntary Donations: Donations made with clear intent and without any technical or transactional errors are non-refundable, as they directly support our ongoing projects and operations.
- Tax-Exempt Donations: Once a donation receipt has been issued for tax deduction purposes, we cannot provide a refund. If a refund is issued, it is your responsibility to amend any filed tax returns.
